A turf war between rival ice cream truck drivers led to verbal threats and one driver arrested.
The owner of the "Homegrown Sno Cone Joe" franchise, had threatened rival ice cream truck "Mr. Ding-A-ling ice cream" driver on his first week on the job.
He warned: "You don't' have a chance! This is my town!"
The man also followed the rival driver across town trying to pry his customers away with free ice cream.
Turns out, cops have warned him about yelling at other ice cream drivers in the past.
Police arrested him and charged him with harassment and misdemeanor stalking.
The soft-serve turf war could land the the man in prison for three months if he's convicted.

Alternative rapper Danny Brown is used to
performing for crowded clubs, like his sold-out Minneapolis show on Friday
(April 26), but he’s answering to a much larger audience in the wake the
allegedly X-rated performance.
Music fans have taken to social media, demanding answers from the rapper and
posting personal accounts of the concert, where the rapper reportedly engaged in
oral sex with a fan in the front of the crowd.
A Redditor who claims to have been at the show described the incident in
detail, saying that Brown had been getting close to “random girls” in the front
of the crowd throughout his performance, including the woman involved in the
incident at hand.
“Then I’m behind her and I start getting pushed against her by the crowd
shifting,” the Redditor wrote. “It [was] horrible and I hope you
guys will be donating to my future therapy sessions, but also I came back with a
story. He rapped the entire time during [it] too.”
A proposed law introduced in the California State legislature would allow public school children to use bathrooms designated for members of the opposite sex, if that students' "gender identity" differed from the students biological sex.
Assembly Bill 1266 was introduced by Democratic Assemblyman Tom Ammiano, who represents a section of the city of San Francisco. It would:
"...require that a pupil be permitted to participate in sex-segregated school programs and activities, including athletic teams and competitions, and use facilities consistent with his or her gender identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupil's record."
While the bill does not specifically mention restrooms, restrooms and locker rooms are generally considered to be part of the "facilities" in schools throughout the country.
The bill would apparently also require that biological males be permitted to try out for, and play on, girls' sports teams if they identify themselves as females.
A jury convicted a woman in California of cutting off her husband’s penis and running it through a garbage disposal.
The 50-year-old woman could face life in prison without the possibility of parole.

In 2010, the woman and her husband had an argument at their home and she laced his soup with Ambien. When he fell asleep that night, she tied him up, then woke him and cut off his genitals with a kitchen knife.
After throwing the body parts in the garbage disposal, the woman called 911 and told police her husband “deserved it.”
The couple was going through a divorce at the time of the attack.
The woman's attorney claimed she had a “break from reality” when she committed the crime and had trouble accepting her husband’s request for a divorce.
