5am to 10pm
A Seattle woman caught quite a break when she found out that a thief who broke into her car left a cell phone behind.
She dialed the number labeled “mom” on the phone and said, “This is a very uncomfortable call to make.”
She told her she had her son’s phone and that she was missing stuff from her car… she thought they may be related.
After a short conversation, she realized the person who broke into her car was 19-years old. He took running shoes and sunglasses but accidentally left his cell phone behind.
The woman decided not to call the cops and instead drove to his house to confront him.
He opened the door defeated and teary-eyed and admitted to busting into about 13 cars in the same neighborhood with an 18-year-old friend.
She decided to keep the cops out of it and made the kid go door to door and return the stolen stuff to the victims.
