Music pioneer Chubby Checker is suing the makers of an app that estimates the size of a man's penis.
The app's name is "The Chubby Checker".
The app promises to help users "assess prospective male partners based on their shoe size." Users type in the man's shoe size and the app estimates the length of the man's member. The app has been downloaded just 84 times and has long since been deleted.
But still, Chubby Checker is claiming that the app has done "irreparable damage and harm" to his name because it's now associated with "obscene sexual connotation and images".
No word on how much Chubby is asking for.
