A Manhattan lawyer who agreed to have two-day tryst with his sister-in-law to try and get her pregnant has now been accused of sexually assaulting her.
The man says that he had sex with his sister-in-law in order to help her conceive and now she is claiming he sexually assaulted her because she doesn't want to admit to her family that she wanted to have sex with him rather than receive IVF treatments.
He claims that the accusation is false and has filed a $7 million lawsuit to fight it.
The woman allegedly asked him to have sex with her, so that she could get pregnant because her husband is infertile.
The man says he was willing to have sex with her out of respect for his brother-in-law, who is his wife’s brother.
By the way, she did not conceive and is not pregnant, and the man’s wife has filed for divorce.
