A Florida man was caught practicing health care without a license after he injected silicone into at least two patients' buttocks at a motel room.
Calvin E. Butler, also known as Tamieka Butler, charged patients as much as $400 a session. At least two of his 'clients' have been hospitalized with severe infections and one needed sections of his buttocks removed.
