During the five o'clock news, the ABC TV affiliate in Denver made a bit of an "uh-oh".

While airing a picture of the David Patraeus biography "All In", somehow the title was photoshopped to read "All Up In My ******."

The "regrettable and embarrassing" error was quickly covered up by the station. They are claiming the doctored image was downloaded by mistake online.

However, since a similar photo can't be found, many are speculating that an internal employee may have made the change as a joke.
