An Alabama teenager posted a Craigslist ad offering a boy for sale.
Police said the ad offered a 12-year-old joyful little boy in need of a good home for sale for $1,200.
Officials started an investigation because they were worried someone might really be trying to sell a child.
The girl is now being counseled about her "prank", but no charges will be filed in the case.
